Job Description:

The Maritime Sector/IMS segment has an opening for a Program Financial Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Camden, NJ. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.

Essential Functions:

• Support CYBER Business Area programs consisting of cost plus, fixed price and T&M work

• Completing Orders, Revenue, Operating Income, and Cash forecasting and analysis

• EVMS and financial reporting

• Billing for all contract types

• Creating business cases to support Division and Sector goals / Overhead analysis

• Provide pricing analysis and ROM creation

• Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities

• Understanding of Deltek COBRA and Hyperion Smartview

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• 4+ years program finance experience with programs, proposals and audits

• 1+ Years experience with EVMS, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders

• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization

• Ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with moderate supervision

• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment

• Experience with SAP, Costpoint, IBM COGNOS, COBRA, MS Project and Hyperion SMARTVIEW

• Experience in financial analysis of subcontracts

• Experience in forecasting material costs / tracking a BOM for financial planning

• PMP or EVMS/scheduling background

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Program finance experience with programs, proposals and audits
