Posting Summary | The Program Coordinator for retention initiatives will assist with implementing retention activities to increase the number of undergraduate students (particularly those from minoritized and historically underrepresented backgrounds) persist to degree. Retention activities include tracking student enrollment and potential clues signifying attrition, data entry, assisting with efforts to prevent attrition, and assisting with student data collection that bring retention-related student behaviors to light. The incumbent will demonstrate solid communication skills, partner effectively with stakeholders across campus, and have knowledge of collecting, compiling and interpreting data. |

Work Arrangement | Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date.
