Primary Role PRINCIPAL SOLUTION ENGINEER – SAP CRM (MULTIPLE OPENINGS) American Water Works Company (Camden, NJ) to be responsible for the requirements analysis and detailed design of SAP CRM business processes, for configuration and testing of SAP CRM applications, and for related deployment activities. Specific job duties include: overseeing the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer Module; providing subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing SAP CRM and Cloud for Customer business processes; leading workshops in gathering business requirements, influencing adoption of standard SAP processes, identifying and handling gaps while minimizing development effort; analyzing and documenting requirements and design solutions for the business process scenarios; designing the technology solution in order to fulfill business requirements, including design frameworks, documentation and proof of concept needs while adhering to documentation, configuration, security, development, and testing standards and guidelines; participating and contributing to Business Workshops and helping designing the solutions per industry standards; configuring Business master data set up and knowledge in replication to other system; preparing Functional Specification and Interface Design Documents; verifying project deliverables for completeness and quality; working with client business stakeholders to review and approve these deliverables; analyzing existing custom developments, objects, and modifications, and evaluating the impact of changes on them; ensuring consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders; tracking customer satisfaction; and providing input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required. Must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field of Engineering. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible previous work experience in the position offered or related with SAP CRM.
