They will work with various functional teams to solve problems and deliver reliable, high-quality services to State Operations. This position is responsible for evaluating large datasets to ensure quality and accuracy, determining the business impact of data quality issues, and collaborating with programmers to correct errors. Key Accountabilities * In partnership with the IT team, this role will provide daily management of reporting & analysis systems. * Measure system effectiveness and drive corrective actions and improvement across the business * Provide 'Help Desk' type services during normal business hours, that tracks and solves issues related to Operational Reporting. * Provide subject matter expertise on operational systems of record.
