Campbell's is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst, Finance Applications who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and can lead the development, maintenance, governance, and evolution of the portfolio of IT solutions supporting all of Campbell's Finance organization. This role will also support the enterprise data analytics & transformation strategy. WHAT YOU WILL DO... Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performanceindicators (KPIs) needed to support them. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Data Governance, Digital Strategy &Execution, Enterprise Architecture & Data Analytics to understand Finance andCPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Enterprise business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and properly document requirements for current and future state. Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues and ability to prioritize. Document and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies. Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emergingtechnologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gap and inefficiencies. Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases,and functional specifications. Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilitiesand solutions based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and businessrequirements. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the deliverables. Provide training and support to end-users on systems and processes. Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunitiesfor improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing technology solutions. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE) Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience working as Senior IT business Analyst, Finance applications within theCPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry. Expert knowledge working with financial systems, technologies and applications covering order-to-cash (OTC), Procure-to-pay (PTP) and Record-to-report (RTR) business processes. Experience supporting finance treasury operations that includes cash, commodities, real estate,insurance and risk management. Knowledge and experience working with SAP ECC, Blackline, High Radius, IT2 (Treasury), Vertex,SWIFT and SAP BPC. Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering integration design, testing, and solutionsdeployment. Experience working with/in
