Posting Summary | Rutgers University-Camden Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks an Administrative Assistant in the department of Childhood Studies. This position provides administrative support for assigned unit/department(s) within FASC. Plans, organizes, executes, and coordinates office procedures and routines. Performs diversified and confidential, secretarial, clerical, and basic administrative duties that require judgment in the resolution of routine administrative processing issues and in the selection of the proper procedures to employ. Performs professional work that requires knowledge of general administrative/office management practices including email, telephone, filing, faxing, data entry, spreadsheet creation, report generation. This position is responsible for providing complex administrative support and customer-oriented services with the expectation that specific duties may shift depending on departmental need. |
