Lockheed Martin Program Quality Engineering Supervisor - Camden, AR in Camden, Arkansas

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire a Program Quality Engineering Supervisor to support the Precision Fires Programs in Camden, Arkansas. Camden’s operations utilize state of the art processes to produce and validate hardware for sophisticated missile systems and launch vehicles.

The Program QE Supervisor directs inspectors and quality engineers, including hiring, training, assessing performance, and removing barriers to execution. The Supervisor allocates resources, assigns work, and establishes an effective business rhythm. The Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of quality, communicates quality requirements, addresses concerns and expectations, and ensures financial responsibilities are met. The successful candidate will identify and implement quality requirements, maintain a metrics program, actively address adverse trends, and ensure product acceptance and delivery.

Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position. Camden, Arkansas is on the Ouachita River about 100 miles south of Little Rock. Camden is the aerospace and defense industry hub in south Arkansas, and home to many top defense contractors.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in a science, technology, engineering or math discipline; or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired Skills:

-STEM Degree highly preferred

-Manufacturing experience

-Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103

-Working knowledge of SAP

-Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes

-Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods

-Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

-Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
