Guernsey County Dept. of Job & Family Services Eligibility Referral Specialist in Cambridge, Ohio
This position determines eligibility for public assistance programs, including SNAP, TANF, Child Care, and Medicaid, either in person or over the phone. This individual will work in a call center environment, answering between 75-150 calls per day. Other related duties include detailed case documentation, providing referrals to clients for housing, transportation, and utility assistance. Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
