Southeastern Equipment Co. Inc. Accounting Associate in CAMBRIDGE, Ohio

Southeastern Equipment is looking for a Fulltime Accounting Associate that has the ability to juggle multiple accounting duties while maintaining an enthusiastic demeanor. The Accounting Associate provide crucial support to Southeastern Equipment by managing a variety of accounting, clerical, and administrative duties. Fulltime, competitive pay and benefits eligible (medical, dental, vision, critical illness and life insurance, 401K, PTO) Overview of the Accounting Associate role: Scan, process, and archive accounts payable or receivable records/files. Update accounts based on payment or contact information. Manage the invoice process including researching, matching and correcting as needed. Manage accuracy of all accounts payable using appropriate procedures. File, scan, or assist with data entry when needed. Qualifications for the Accounting Associate: Strong analytical and accounting skills: Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL) is a MUST, NDS/SAP experience a plus Ability to audit records for accuracy with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's or Associate degree a plus but relevant work experience may be a substitute for education As part of the employment process and due to the nature of the work, Southeastern Equipment will engage in a pre employment background, credit check and drug screen.  Fulltime employment with a full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness and Life Insurance), PTO and 401K.
