Google Global Product Solutions Manager, Head of Google Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.

  • 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience leading operational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Science).

  • Experience with Analytics and Measurement products (e.g., Google Analytics, Adometry, etc.).

  • Ability to influence counterparts in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience building data-driven business cases.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals, meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.

  • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.

  • Lead development of go-to-market strategy for changing product and team spread across offices around the globe.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product management leads to develop goals/strategy for the business.
