Outpatient Psychiatry - ED Psych Crisis Team Clinician
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing patients in the Emergency Department who require acute psychiatric care, determining the most appropriate level of care and disposition.
Collaborate with the crisis team and medical staff as needed. Assist CL staff as needed with medical inpatients requiring psychiatric services.
Required Qualifications
LICSW or LMHC Required
Independently licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
At least one year post-licensure experience providing acute and non-acute assessments of patients in a crisis setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other hospital departments.
Strong organizational skills.
