Job Title : Digital Product Lead - iCare Exchange

Location: Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA

The iCare Exchange Digital Product lead , is product lead in the Digital Patient Relationship Management team and is accountable for digital product delivery of identified strategic digital priorities.

The role supports the iCare Exchange Product Owner with responsibility encompassing digital product co-development with US therapeutic areas, digital product roadmap planning & analytics, digital product delivery thru scrum team (either thru internal resources and/or external partnerships), and business impact measurement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a defined set of integrations, or project stream related to patient service program integrations

  • Define, prioritize and partner with the Digital iCare exchange product owner to plan, prepare roadmaps

  • Manages backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort, for release definition

  • Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, vendors, System integrator on Digital Integration requirements and technical documentation

  • Define, Review and Approve iCare exchange stories, requirements in Jira

  • Manage delivery of associated area of responsibility, ensuring proper end to end test cases are prepared and executed prior to release

  • Prepare metrics and KPIs to ensure successful execution of integration services and business value

  • Responsible to ensure GXP, Validated features comply with defined standards, documentation and release with related approvals for Compliance, Legal and Regulatory purposes

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science required Minimum of 8 years of professional experience; Professional experience of 5 years building complex digital solutions. Ideally have 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.

  • Completed training or certification in agile, business analysis and/or product ownership

  • Strong cross functional influencing skills. Ability to interact with external vendors and stakeholders, manage timelines and work in a matrix organization in compliant and professional manner.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

  • Experience managing external vendors.

  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment. (ie REMS, GXP, validated enironments)

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.​
