Clover Food Lab Catering Production Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Our commissary kitchen in East Cambridge is the heart of our operation.
We work with the highest percentage of local and organic food of any restaurant in the Northeast. We receive produce directly from New England farms and turn it into the delicious food we’ve come to be known for.
If you come to work in our kitchen, you’ll get to work with a talented team with long-term experience in the food industry. We produce all our food from scratch and bake bread daily for our restaurants, meal-boxes, and catering customers. We’re looking for people who share our love of food, find joy through hard work, and lift the spirits of those around them.
Our Catering Production Specialist will work at our Commissary Kitchen (known as The KIT) located at 1075 Cambridge Street Cambridge, MA. This is a full-time hourly role and you will report to the Catering and Production Manager.
Some of the Catering Production Specialist Duties will look like...
Following recipe cards and methods of production
Helping in the production of food prep or bake for catering orders
Put fresh food orders together with utensils and confirming everything is accurate
Tasting food for quality
Keeping everything sparkling
Working together as a team

Requirements
Catering Production Specialist must have:
Experience leading others in food service (at Clover or elsewhere)
A current ServSafe Certificate
A current Allergen Awareness Certificate
Ability to execute recipes and orders consistently
Organized and have good time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others
A passion for food, a positive attitude and a willingness to work to high standards
The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and repeated walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work a varied schedule that includes nights and weekends
