We're on the hunt for a passionate Bid Manager to join our team in Cambridge for a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, and work with industry leaders in one the UK’s most popular Tech hubs. From here we support all our EU projects in locations including; the UK, Gothenburg and Brussels.
How you will make an impact:
You will manage Vix responses to public transit agency procurements and be accountable for all aspects of the bid process including registering with transit agencies, opportunity tracking, and bid project management.
You will be responsible for attending bid team calls, tracking all related actions, conducting internal reviews with senior leadership, managing project-related risks and mitigation measures, coordinating subcontractor pricing and content, ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions, maintaining bid file systems, and updating the global bid library.
What you will bring to the team:
Advanced Project Management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within tight timeframes
Significant experience working on complex multi-million dollar bids with associated operational processes and project management methodologies
Experience driving and managing complex and virtual teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to balance complex commercial, operational, legal and regulatory perspectives
A Bachelor’s degree or higher
