Description:

• Engineer and administer VMI systems, ensuring seamless service continuity. • Execute logistical operations involving the delivery of orders via corporate fleet. • Coordinate the receipt, selection, and dispatching of client orders. • Implement rigorous inventory control protocols, including periodic audits at the regional depot. • Document and report process enhancements within the enterprise resource planning system. • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key account representatives to: o Identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges. o Advance collaborative sales initiatives. o Spearhead executive-level communication and coordination. • Contribute to the development of bids, proposals, and live product demonstrations. • Specialize in designated product lines or programs, providing expert technical support to the sales force and clientele on Swagelok offerings. • Facilitate Swagelok Essentials training modules through meticulous kit assembly. • Ensure the presentation readiness of the Rancho Dominguez facility and corporate vehicles. • Curate and manage demonstration assets and sample inventories for Account Executives. • Offer specialized reassembly services for fittings at external partner locations as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. • Eligibility for inclusion under corporate vehicular insurance policies (validated driving record). • Autonomous work ethic with aspirations towards a professional sales engineering career. • Proven mechanical proficiency. • Proficiency in computing, including: o Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Enterprise systems familiarity (CRM, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is advantageous. • Extensive regional travel with minimal overnight stays. • Capability to handle material loads up to 50 pounds.
