Quality Engineer III

JDI/JTI has over thirty years experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.
Yearly Salary (Exempt):
$85,000 - $95,000, based on experience

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical trade school education; or
- At least a minimum of five (5+) years of work experience in quality engineering or related engineering, or manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters of Science in Engineering

- Responsible for analysis of Johansons Quality Management System in relation to ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949 Standard and providing analysis to the Quality Manager
- Assist in preparation for Quality Management System (QMS) audits and serve as a back-up for the quality manager during audits.
- Write QMS procedures then conduct training to personnel.
- Maintain portions of quality databases (e.g. RMA log, quarantine log, Purchase Material Discrepancy Report)
