The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. They will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to deliver comprehensive HR solutions and support the development and execution of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Partner with managers to address performance management issues, providing coaching and guidance to optimize employee performance and development. Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement surveys, diversity, and inclusion programs, and learning and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. Completes administrative functions such as; payroll, workers' compensation, maintenance of employee files, compensation, and benefits. Requirements for the role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; 5+ year of proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and make data-driven decisions. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus. The estimated annual salary/hourly range for this role is $89,000.00-$116,000.00. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
