What you’ll achieve

As a Business Development Manager-Professional Services, you will manage relationships with Dell's top strategic partners.

You will:

  • Assist in driving regional/ local relationships between Dell Technologies Services and key AI partners NVIDIA, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and multi-cloud partners Microsoft and RedHat teams

  • Perform a rhythm of business activities to support Dell sales teams.

  • Shape and execute global partner enabled solutions / campaigns to be regional-specific across inside sales and field sales

  • Communicate our successes, wins, and achievements to our internal and external stakeholders

  • Build strategic partnerships with key partners (Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, ServiceNow, and others) based on role

  • Land Strategic Partnerships initiatives

  • Manage Strategic Partners regional sales programs, enablement, training and events as necessary

  • Provide education & awareness to the Dell and Strategic Partner teams

  • Drive cross-company sales engagement, removing barriers, architecting business solutions, to help close the sale

  • Support sales pursuits as necessary

Essential Requirements

  • 12-15 years of related experience with at least 10+ years’ experience in technical services sales with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, and Dell Technologies and will reside on the West Coast of the United States.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners, and vendors

  • Services sales opportunity identification and development experience

  • Account and partner relationship management

  • Program development & event management

Travel required:

Up to 25%

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and industry-related technical certifications

  • Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, Security, and Workforce

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $191,250 - 247,500.
