About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Sales Consultant within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios. The role can either be based in our Vancouver or Calgary office.
In this role, you will:
Be part of Global Treasury Management's Canadian Treasury Management sales team
Lead and drive overall Treasury Management business growth for a critical market
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
Provide subject matter expertise in Canadian treasury management processes to partners
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Subject matter expert (SME) in Canadian treasury management / cash management products and banking environment
Strong understanding of US treasury management products and banking environment
Can lead the translation of the Canadian / US treasury management landscape for customers and partners
Experience with complex and large project treasury management opportunities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience at proactively generating leads, calling on customers, and closing sales
Communicates confidently with customers, superiors, peers and subordinates
Strong negotiation and influence skills
Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
Ability to deliver dynamic presentations to a variety of audiences
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Job Expectations:
- Ability to occasionally travel within Canada and the USA (1/2 times per year)

$128,500.00 - $299,700.00
