Work Model: Hybrid (but predominantly remote)
Position Summary
As an Account Manager at CBN Commercial Solutions ( www.c b ncs.com ) , you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients through cold calling, u se of LinkedIn and various other online platforms and building a book of business. The primary focus will be on expanding our client base and promoting and selling a variety of commercial printing , direct mail, and digital marketing solutions.
This is a salaried position in year one that then moves to a full commission based pay structure in year two. It is well suited to someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to take their sales career to the next level.

What You Will Do
Familiarize yourself with the suite of CBNCS products and services and maintain an up-to-date understanding of our suite of solutions;
Utilize LinkedIn/other social media platforms and in-person/virtual networking events to identify potential new clients ;
Initiate contact with potential clients through pro-active LinkedIn outreach efforts, cold-calling /emailing and introduce our products and services;
Engage in effective communication with clients to highlight the features, benefits and value proposition of our products and services;
Generate regular reports on sales activities, leads and conversations and provide regular feedback and insights to the General Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives;
Self-manage your activities and schedule in a manner that ensures that performance targets are met on a consistent basis; and
Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or GED; university degree/college diploma in business, marketing or related field is an asset
Previous sales experience is an asset , but not required (training will be provided)
Previous cold calling experience is an asset
Technical Skills
Basic computer literacy
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media/networking platforms
Soft Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organization/time management/prioritization skills
Ability to work independently
Mandatory Requirements
The ability to obtain/maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) personal security clearance
