Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for a 6-month contract (with extensions) to join one of Calgary's largest midstream oil and gas companies. The ideal candidate must work in office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) located in downtown Calgary and have the occasional travel on-site to Ontario a few times during their engagement. This resource will oversee multiple projects at the client's NGL facilities and gas plants within the engineering realm. This resource will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and client needs to develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive work plans, budgets, cost projections, schedules and detailed implementation timelines.

• Lead and oversee the project execution, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and both external and internal parties to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Administer project deliverables, financial plans, and schedules, upholding adherence to the companys Quality Assurance standards and protocols.

• Maintain an extensive knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practice

• Sustain and enhance existing client relationships through diligent follow-up, support, problem resolution, and offering technical, regulatory, and service-oriented recommendations.

• Guarantee that all project activities are conducted in line with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems.

Skills and Requirements

· 5-15 years' experience in the oil and gas industry with proven skills in planning and managing work within a multi-project, deadline sensitive environment

· Background in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum engineering

· EPC or Owner experience with exposure to a high volume of project based disciplines

· P.Eng. mechanical, chemical or petroleum

· Professional acumen with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

· Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume work setting.

· Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by a proactive approach.

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration across organizational levels. · Midstream experience is an asset

· Facility experience is preferred null
