Paladin Technologies Project Delivery Manager in Calgary, Alberta

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+ + Effectively and directly lead, guide and motivate a talented team of security, electronics, and IT professionals as well as subcontractors on multiple concurrent projects

  • Support and mentor the Projects team’s growth and development through PTI’s Catalytic Coaching program.

  • Provide a clear vision and plan for your team to achieve success on all projects

  • Deliver expertise and consultation on a variety of projects while applying practical application experience and knowledge of IT integrated security systems.

  • Lead project teams effectively with client focus and collaboration throughout the design, customization, installation, testing, and record keeping of integrated security systems.

  • Provide effective coaching, development, and recognition to direct reports to ensure the highest performance standards while developing team members within their current role and for future roles; to be a source of talent for PTI.

  • Utilize project management techniques and quality control measures to achieve superior financial and client service results beyond the minimum of meeting scope, schedule and budget.

  • Champion the PTI PMO process.

  • Develop project plans, budget, and track progress against targets while developing and sharing reporting for clients and senior management.

  • Deploy and utilize team resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiencies, disciplined execution and exceptional client service and employee engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, respond to proposal requests, and complete quotations to win new and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Engineering and other corporate departments to deliver all PTI offerings.

  • Adhere, advocate and be accountable for the PTI health, safety and quality programs.

  • Practice PTI’s core values daily

  • Identify new product and project opportunities to support business growth and sales activities.

  • Develop and improve processes and procedures to continually improve project management capabilities.
