Welcome to the world of Modern Workplace Architecture Join as a seasoned solution architect, for Workplace Platform Modernization, you will be involved in leading transformations projects for our clients, growing our delivery teams capabilities and working together with the presales team to solution deals. Together we do what matters!

What you’ll do:

• Orchestrate seamless Modern Workplace implementations, guiding projects through discovery, definition, build, test, and triumphant deployment.

• Pioneering the way, lead the development, integration, and extension of Modern Workplace products, and crafting bespoke solutions.

• Assume the mantle of quality guardian, ensuring every solution delivered showcases excellence in design and performance.

• Empower our global Avanade team with invaluable insights, sharing best practices for Modern Workplace solutions that ignite innovation.

• As a keen estimator, contribute your analytical expertise to craft precise solution estimates, encompassing skills, effort, licensing, and beyond.

• As a leader you will empower your team and create and manage strategic development, training and resource plans to meet the demands of the business and the address the needs of Avanade’s clients and the market.

Skills and experiences:

• Experience in the complete lifecycle management on the Microsoft 365 platform. These solutions include Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Intune/SCCM/MEM, Office Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Endpoint, Exchange, and the Microsoft E5 security suite.

• Experience leading Office Microsoft 365 transformations including implementation of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Experience with upgrading to Windows 11, SCCM & Intune. Also experience with Virtualization, specifically Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows 365.

• Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery. Presales experience is required.

• Strong consulting experience, including understanding customer requirements and developing overall solutions, roadmaps and transformation plans.

• Experience in IT Consulting and/or managed services presales, including developing customer proposals, presenting to client stakeholders, developing solutions and writing Sope of Work documents.

• Experience writing and responding to RFP/RFI/RFT documents and presenting to clients.

• Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.

• Experience leading teams, developing Go to Market approaches and services offerings.

• Experience writing and responding to RFP/RFI/RFT documents and presenting to clients
