Our client, a reputable bank in Canada is currently looking to hire a back office processor for their office in Calgary. The ideal candidate would have 6+ months of experience in a financial institution.

Description

The processor will be involved in administratively servicing the loan portfolio via processing systems/tools. This includes, but are not limited to, activities related to loan maintenance, payouts and payments, system updates, credit checks, search requests. You need to have high attention to details, the ability to manage high volumes of transactions on a day-to-day basis and a blend of curiosity with critical thinking for success in the role.

· Support and maintain the lending administration processes accurately and efficiently

· Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and quality benchmarks are being met

· Ensure contributions to lending administration comply with the bank’s policies and procedures to ensure the branch network can continue to deliver a high level of customer service.

· Actively participate in team weekly/monthly meetings which communicate progress of team, department goals and objectives, as well as team issues
