Job Benefits / Rewards and Perks Flexible scheduling Casual workplace Weekly pay Shift meals Provided uniforms Employee discounts Referral program A team of great people Opportunities for advancement Tasks and Responsibilities Greet our guests with a friendly smile and ensure high quality experiences Use a point of sale to record orders, collect money, and make change Demonstrate an understanding of the menu and explain it accurately Correct and timely preparation of hot food orders, drinks, and ice cream products Food preparation and portioning Cleaning, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, and sanitizing food areas Maintain a clean work area Maintain workstation stock levels Work with the team to maintain a clean restaurant inside and out Maintain health and safety standards Receive deliveries as needed Prompt and regular attendance Adhere to uniform and appearance policies Be a self-starter and multi-task Project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times Qualifications And Skills No experience is necessary to work at Jacks Drive-In, but to be successful an individual should demonstrate the following: Be at least sixteen (16) years of age Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner Ability to work standing and mobile for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects Authorization to work in the United States Willingness to learn & work multiple stations Can be a dependable self-starter and multi-task Provide rockstar guest service Pay attention to detail Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus
