page 1. Workers are needed to plant, maintain and harvest various culinary and medicinal herbs. Workers will perform field work and greenhouse work including planting,

transplanting, weeding, thinning, hoeing and other tasks required in the planting, maintaining, and harvesting of various herb crops. Workers will sort, wash, pack and otherwise prepare various crops for storage and shipping. Workers will perform other farm-related duties including the following: load and unload trucks and other farm vehicles, setup and

operate irrigation equipment and cut brush and other vegetation in and around fields, buildings and equipment. Workers must be able to work in various extreme weather conditions from damp and cold spring and fall days to hot and humid summer days. Workers may operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on or off farm) to the farm properties, haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on

public roads to reach farmers fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as needed basis. Driver\'s license may be required. Work is physically

demanding requiring workers to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Workers must

be available for work Monday through Saturday. Daily beginning and ending times will vary depending on crop and other conditions. Workers may require to work 7 hours shift within

the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm from Monday through Friday and may work 5 hours shift within the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm on Saturdays. Worker will be given at least 30 minutes

for lunch. The employer will furnish to workers without cost all tools and equipment required to perform assigned duties. Beginning and ending times may vary depending upon weather

and crop conditions. Workers must be able to take direction in simple English.
