Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager – SwiftKey in Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities

As a SwiftKey Product Manager, you’ll need to be consumer minded and obsessed with the “why” of product-market fit. You’re passionate about creating value for the user and the company by helping to focus our engineering talent on creating great products. You’ll be responsible for building and shipping high value products and features, but you’ll also be expected to scan the horizon to spot and explore diverse new opportunities.

You will define the vision and product strategy, represent customers and partners, drive scenarios and requirements, contribute to design and the technology development, manage execution, communicate effectively, coordinate across broad features teams and evangelize to developers. We are searching for a talented technologist, with strong customer empathy and good interpersonal skills, as well as strong sense of ownership. This role is located in Cairo, Egypt partnering with SwiftKey and other Microsoft teams across Europe and Seattle.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills; ability to define product features, roadmaps and strategy.

  • Excellent communication skills; evangelization know-how.

  • Previous experience shipping and iterating on successful mobile (iOS and/or Android) products.

  • Outstanding technical skills; ability to quickly adapt to new technology.

  • Great cross-group collaboration skills; end to end coordination.

  • Strong analytical skills, data driven decision making

  • Extensive experience a product/program manager, consumer experience preferable.

  • Strong English language skills
