Hilton Sales Coordinator in Cairo, Egypt

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for meeting all membership sales targets while monitoring local competition, negotiating corporate deals, implementing marketing efforts, and generating new business.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for meeting all membership sales targets for the Hotel. A Sales Coordinator will also be required to monitor local competition, negotiate corporate deals, and implement marketing efforts. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Maximise rooms, and F&B sales
  • Analyse local market trends and develop new business leads
  • Develop future and repeat business
  • Monitor local competitor activity and identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate packages with corporate clients
  • Develop and implement local marketing efforts including the usage of social media
  • Recognise potential opportunities within current business strategies
  • Liaise with all departments as required
  • Attend Sales events when required
  • Report appointments, calls made, and business leads weekly/monthly
  • Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
