The Opportunity:

  • Manage all customer service functions, ensuring professional handling of inquiries and phone calls.

  • Maintain a productive office environment by overseeing equipment, supplies, and lost property management.

  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to risk controls and participating in emergency management training.

  • Facilitate tenant relations through lease administration, sales data collection, and prompt response to requests.

  • Support administrative tasks, including documentation management, invoicing, and execution of strategic goals for the shopping center.

About you:

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for effective task management.

  • Effective communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges efficiently.

  • Capacity to perform well under pressure while maintaining focus on multiple projects.

  • Proficient computer skills, with intermediate Excel knowledge preferred; professional manners in all interactions.
