Job Title: Value Stream Manager - Supplied Air

Purpose of Position:
To manage all aspects of manufacturing and operational supporting resources. This includes manufacturing output, scrap, material flow, inventory, raw component supply, on time customer deliveries, process engineering, and quality engineering.
Essential Duties and/or Functions
- Manage delivery schedule to meet customer demand and internal budget
- Maintain a high standard of communication with all team members, department heads, suppliers and customer to achieve plant objectives
- Manage all aspects of manufacturing with regard to cost and budgeted financial goals
- Manage product procurement to ensure we meet all customer demand
- Direct all budgeting requirements for department and ensure P&L is met to budgeted levels
- Ensure appropriate activities with proper preventative maintenance
- Create a work environment, promoting safety, proper work rules and employee well being
- Ensure all work is performed by fully trained employees to the most current standard operating procedures
- All other activities as directed by Management
- Promote the GPTW and FIERCE values
Understand and enforce all Avon policies and communicate changes to policies to your team
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BS in a Business or Engineering related field
Experience & Training: 5 years experience in manufacturing as engineer and/or manager
