Represent GuardRFID part of HID Global as a Clinical Specialist and Customer Advocate with knowledge of the company’s Healthcare RTLS Solutions.

As a part of the team, you will play a role in customer education and advocacy.

This position demands a fine balance of teaching RTLS software skills and a commitment to patient safety within the healthcare spectrum.

As our Clinical Specialist and User Advocate, you will support HID’s success by:

  • Facilitate Clinical remote and onsite training and support for new deployments of TotGuard and other healthcare solutions.

  • Customer Advocate – ongoing user advocate, contacting the head clinicians at customer sites on an ongoing basis.

  • Customer Service Onsite visits to sites that have SMA and offer refresher or conversation about how system is working and add on features.

  • Assisting in the development of marketing and user materials relating to Healthcare RTLS– case studies, web/brochure content, user guides, videos etc.

  • Other activities by request of GuardRFID from time to time.

    What we will love about your background:

  • Strong background in Labor and Deliver, Nursery, Pediatrics a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Nurse licensure from an accredited university.

  • Knowledge & familiarity with RTLS healthcare solutions

  • Experience with teaching in online and blended learning environments
