The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager to be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager will focus on enhancing the employee experience through engagement and satisfaction to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. This position is full-time, on-site standard business hours. Role Responsibilities • Develop creative recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational priorities through collaboration with hiring managers. • Utilize market research and industry trends to enhance the recruitment process, maximize efficiency and create an exceptional candidate experience. • Employ various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Review resumes and applications to identify top talent. • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, growth potential and culture fit. • Coordinate and conduct pre-employment testing and reference checks. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and preferences. • Provide guidance on market trends, salary data and candidate availability. • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Create compelling job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates. • Maximize recruitment channels though various job posting platforms and monitor for effectiveness. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of PDT’s employer brand. • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various channels. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-specific information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. • Create engaging experiences to foster a sense of belonging and commitment among employees though programs and initiatives that enhance their connection to the organization. • Develop effective onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the PDT culture. Additionally, manage offboarding experiences to leave a positive final impression on departing employees. • Champion employee engagement by shaping and promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with PDT’s values and goals through events, team-building and recognition programs. • Leverage technology to enhance the employee experience such as using communication platforms, employee portals and HR software to streamline processes. • Implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employees for their contributions and achievements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in recruitment and employee engagement or similar roles. • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. • Positive energy and can-do attitude. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Excellent time management and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high volume and evolving work environment. • Demonstrated ability to create, ideate and influence others. • Strong MS Office experience as well as experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
