This is a job for a Business Support Analyst with a company located in the Byhalia, MS area.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users by identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues. Systems Level 1 ops support. Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services. Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets. Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Blue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) Experience or 2+ Years of DC Operational Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
