Our Byesville, OH location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates fruit based drink mixes, syrups and extracts. What You'll Do:

The Production Lead utilizes their experience to ensure accuracy of inventory, maintaining raw ingredient levels, use and finished product accuracy on the production floor and in the SAP system. They successfully perform a variety of duties, coordinating with the production team and in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Inventory counts, verification and control of materials.

  • Supporting of theplantproduction schedule.

  • Pulling materials, staging raw and/or packaging materials for the production lines

  • When necessary, may pull materials, load trailers for outbound shipments and shuttles.

  • Observes and report issues relating to product quality, pallet damage, defects, and/or errors in SAP.

  • Train other employees on how to safely perform tasks required for their job.

    This Third Shift Role is Scheduled 10:30PM - 7:00AM, Overtime is Available.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, AS preferred.

  • 3 yrs. experience preferred, knowledge of food manufacturing machinery.

  • Use of MS products required, SAP software ideal.

  • Availability to attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.

  • Ability to communicate, direct and correct safety and food safety issues immediately.
