Based in Oradea , we are looking for a “Senior Technical Order Management Specialist” that helps us to optimize and manage our order processing , in close collaboration and as a temporary support for our MC factory in Buzias / Romania

What part will you play?

· Responsibility for the technical clarification of all customer orders or product families that cannot be processed by machine due to inadequate or incorrect technical order information, including the development of solution proposals for a sustainably consistent ordering process.

· Analyze faults and providing technical advice to customers or sales regions to secure clean order orders for the entire product portfolio at home and abroad. Identify measures to improve the configurator and initiate implementation.

· Technical support for regions, international subsidiaries and direct customers, technical and logistical queries for the complete product range, preparation of offers for products with series status for customers at home and abroad that are not listed in the PMD database. Perform large-scale engine configurations with interventions in assembly. Processing of technical order changes on the part of the customer.

· Technical support for key customers. Organizing, developing and implementing customer requirements in the system landscape in cross-functional cooperation with various departments (technology, production, costing and IT).

· Define and take responsibility for the export and customs requirements in the plant processes, as well as the professional classification of defined goods according to the currently valid German / European / US and national export list.

· Process owner in the take-back process. Reuse of surplus KMAT parts/motors worldwide. Evaluation of the request, definition of the credit note amount, the system-technical use up of the returned motors for existing customer orders.

· Driver of process improvement projects for the entire product portfolio. Processing of technical changes, phase in / phase out: supervising time slots and serving them on time, KPI optimization, at department level: improving order management and implementing digital end-to-end (E2E) solutions. Collaboration in SAP conversions and implementation of the necessary test scenarios. Instructing users or carrying out training measures.

What you need to make real what matters.

· Bachelor or Master`s degree preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or logistics.

· Minimum of 3-5 additional years of specialist professional experience in operations logistics & technical order management, you think in terms of consistent end-to-end processes/supply chains.

· Very good proficiency of English (spoken & written) is an absolute must to this role since you work in an international environment. Proficiency of German is a big benefit.

· A firm understanding of SAP R/3 or SAP S4 (SD and PP module) and openness to AI-driven or RPA-optimized planning tools.

· Basic knowledge of SAP configuration in Make-to-Order process.

· Good MS Office experience, including excellent spreadsheet skills.

· Basic knowledge of project management, having at least partially managed smaller projects

· Proven analytical and organizational ability.

· Highly analytical with persuasive abilities.

· Able to work autonomously and be a proactive problem solver with effective problem identification and solution skills, including ability to lead smaller process improvement projects.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Personally, you are a great in teamwork and putting things into practice.

· Innovations (digitalization, data analytics, process improvements) are your passion and you also drive them forward independently.

· 2-3 business trips per year to Germany are not a problem for you.
