At the Buzias site, Siemens AG develops and manufactures electric motors for the global market. Our target customers are in the field of automation technology, in the automotive industry and in the field of intra-logistics. To further drive our successful growth, we will expand the location in a targeted manner over the next few years. The topics of digitalization and simulations support us in planning for the future and in implementation.

Based in Buzias, for our factory network we are looking for a “Accounts Payables / Receivables Analyst” .

Accounts Payables / Receivables Analyst BUZIAS

What part will you play?

• Process Accounts Payable documents with and without reference to system PO in ERP system (SAP), manual PO and non-PO transaction;

• Taking care of invoices coming out trough E-factura/Anaf

• Process payment upon Affiliate’s payment requests, including urgent or advance payments, which includes validate the request, ensuring the request has been approved;

• Process employees’ system and manual claims and advances, which includes checking and verification of these payment requests against supporting documents;

• Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure data integrity, perform reconciliation of intercompany/related party accounts according to an agreed schedule and posting of any adjustments in the system to resolve the discrepancies where necessary.

• Close collaboration with Shared Services HUB for topics like invoice registration, payments, potential clarifications

What you need to make real what matters.

• University degree in Economics;

• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Trade Receivables area is a plus;

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English. German is a plus;

• SAP S4 (Modules FI, MM) knowledge is a plus;

• High communication skills and strong team spirit

• Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills

• IT skills: Microsoft office (especially Excel)
