Part-Time 20/hours per week
$21.7695/Hour

Duties:
Meet with high school administration, teachers, and college faculty to maintain current dual enrollment courses and CTE pathways. Present dual enrollment and CTE pathways information to schools, students, and parents. Create online dual enrollment students orientation and use digital media that is attractive to high school students. Foster cooperative relationships to enhance and promote dual enrollment. Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality of students in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Plan and participate in teacher trainings, workshops, and student visitation days. While most of the work of this position is statewide in nature, there is an expectation to spend ¼ time on creating and promoting post-secondary opportunities for students at Butte High School. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Strong organization skills
Strong communication skills; including writing, verbal and analytical skills and public speaking
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to travel and represent Montana Tech in a professional setting
Ability to intermittently work non-tradition schedules including events and weekends
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of postsecondary in Montana
Understanding of dual enrollment in Montana
Understanding of CTE pathways in secondary education
Ability to engage with high school students through digital media, i.e., on-line activities such as dual enrollment orientation
Understanding of student services to help build strategic initiatives
Empathy for low income, first generation students and students who struggle to understand higher education
