Spherion Butte Production Lead in Butte, Montana
Lead position in a growing production facility in Butte, MT. This position will be responsible for effectively leading, training, delegating and operating within a team of operators. This position will also operate machinery, computer systems and maintain the workflow records to maximize safety, quality and productivity.Responsibilities:Lead a team to successfully move product throughout the process from raw to finished product.Follow plant procedures and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.Check and maintain equipment and observe any deviations, reporting to the plant manager.Skills:Leadership experience within a production facility.Forklift certified.Production/food processing experience.
