DescriptionAt AWARE, we believe our connection with our communities is vital.We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Human Resources team.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Community Liaison.We offer a hybrid-remote work schedule, and competitive wages with annual increases. *In our commitment to building on strengths, taking on challenges, and being agents of change you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to our clients.As a Human Resources Community Liaison, you will be responsible for engaging with our community through planning and coordination of hiring events, creating and writing job postings, reviewing and analyzing applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting candidates with their new hire onboarding process.Responsibilities:Planning and coordination of community events.Creation of job postings and job descriptions.Review and analysis of all pertinent applications, and scheduling of interviews.Provide assistance with the New Hire Onboarding process.Collaborate and communicate, professionally, tactfully, and empathetically while always maintaining a high level of confidentialityMaintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to include attendance of community events in order to attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant poolProvide high touch customer service to all internal and external parties of AWARE Must live within a 40 miles radius of the community*We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.RequirementsExcited to join our organization?AWARE Human Resouces Community Liaison's earn $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year with increases annually.Talents and Skills:Ability to work in a team environment or independentlyMust have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are requiredDemonstrated ability to handle multiple, often conflicting priorities while supporting multiple leaders.Must be able to take abstract direction and take appropriate action as neededMust be pro-active and be able to take initiativeDemonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to embrace changeDemonstrates a commitment to integrity & unyielding commitment to compliance and always "do the right thing"Education and Experience:AA/AS Degree in a Business/Administration Related Field is preferred.
