Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER to join our team! In this role you will manage the Muscatatuck Cyber Range network.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the network of the Muscatatuck Cyber Program and lead efforts concerning planning, development, implementation, problem resolution, and administration.

  • The Sr. Network Engineer serves as a network technical expert concerning network system policy and planning including the development of policies, and short and long-range planning;

  • Makes recommendations on proposed Network Systems Engineering based on knowledge of existing capabilities and analysis of alternatives.

  • Defines future focus by participating in the development of the various roadmaps and technology strategies to solve complex problems.

  • Exercises continuing responsibility for assignments pertaining to the strategic goals, policy and planning requirements for the division.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience configuration and operation of cyber range or computer test bed environments.

  • Must have an active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.

  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

  • Expert knowledge in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.

  • Demonstrated experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a campus area network type facility to include creating and planning policies and procedures.

  • Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G,and 3G wireless technologies to support the MUTC Wireless Network.

  • Experience configuring and managing Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node.
