Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to influence day-to-day operations at the Muscatatuck Range Complex .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program

• Be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager if required.

• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, administrative, and marketing and business development functions of the office.

• Plans and defines strategic and financial goals, determines the resources required to achieve them, and directs the effort to acquire and retain those resources.

• Participates in the development of marketing strategies and in the preparation and review of major proposals and lump sum bids.

• Monitors all financial information and reports

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.

• Security Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.

• Able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. The Contractor shall possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

• Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
