Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyber Training Specialist to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • They will play a crucial role in the development, coordination, and preparation of Cyberspace staff taskings.

  • This includes tasks such as creating CONOPs, CONEMPs, ACCMANs, enabling concepts, roadmaps, contingency plans, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)

  • Additionally, they will assist in authoring weapon system-specific instructions and manuals, ensuring alignment with applicable Army, National Guard, DoD, and Joint policy documents.

  • Responsibilities extend to developing required briefings for various requirements boards

  • As part of the staff, they will advocate for the operational community, focusing on the Organize & Train responsibilities related to "OT&E." This involves developing the Concept of Operations (CONOPs), training, and integrating fielded capabilities to deliver integrated effects.

  • Expertise in cyberspace weapons system training management processes will be essential, as they support the development of academic training and address training deficiencies by providing recommended solutions.

  • Collaborating with Muscatatuck Staff, the candidate will play a vital role in shaping policy impacting cyberspace operations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Hold an active TS/SCI Security Clearance

  • 2 years of experience/knowledge of a full range of USG cyberspace operations principles and methodologies as well as approaches used to develop, operate and maintain services that support functional requirements.

  • Experience collaborating with the leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.

  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.

  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
