Job Description
EPS Corporation is Looking for a Cellular Radio Frequency Engineer to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. The Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer - II will be responsible for managing spectrum resources, coordinating with license owners, and ensuring compliance with FCC regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in spectrum management, cellular frequencies, and FCC licensing applications. They will play a crucial role in deconflicting spectrum to facilitate training objectives.
This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed Contract
Requirements
Manage spectrum resources to ensure optimal use and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with various cellular frequency license owners to ensure effective use of spectrum.
Prepare and submit FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications and other FCC licensing applications as required.
Coordinate and deconflict spectrum with customers to support training objectives.
Develop and maintain accurate records of spectrum usage and licensing.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on spectrum management and related issues.
Monitor and analyze spectrum usage to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in spectrum management.
Demonstrated experience working with various cellular frequencies and coordinating with license owners.
Demonstrated experience with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing applications.
Demonstrated experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with customers to facilitate training objectives.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of spectrum management principles and practices.
Excellent understanding of FCC regulations and licensing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
