Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all transportation needs for the LIFE-Program, including the safe and efficient transportation of participants in a timely, competent manner and communicating important information relevant to the overall care plan to the inner disciplinary team. Requires daily coordinating and scheduling of participants in the LIFE-Program to and from Day Health Center, appointments, van maintenance, maintenance of repair/compliance files for vehicles, operation (driving), record keeping and all aspects of transportation and employee supervision. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One (1) to three (3) years’ experience with handicap vans. Experience with complex scheduling. At least one year experience with a frail or elderly population. At least one year management experience. Lutheran SeniorLife and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers.
