Position: Military Sales Support Specialist

Location: Butler, PA

Overview:

70E Solutions, an established family-owned electrical safety business, is actively seeking a motivated GST Associate Inside Account Representative to join our expanding team in Butler, PA. This role is integral to our Government Support Team (GST). Candidates with a background in government sales and compliance are preferred, though it's not a strict requirement. A working knowledge of hand and construction tools will be advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• No weekends, No holidays
• Occasional overtime may be requested but isn't mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
• Provide accurate quotes based on NSN and part numbers.
• Authenticate the country of origin for items being quoted.
• Ensure all items comply with necessary standards.
• Collaborate directly with Vendors and Manufacturers.
• Assist in the receipt of items and assembling of kits.
• Ensure precision in all customer interactions, maintaining accuracy in quotes.
• Adhere to 70E Solutions standards for all correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain structured and organized files.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate degree diploma or higher.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean background check.
• Accuracy is a must
