Pay Rate: $22 per hour; commensurate
Shift Differential: + $.75/hour (3p-7a)
Shift: Rotating 12 hour schedule *(7a-7p & 7p-7a, both required) *

JSP is seeking additional team members to support company growth related to the production of automotive, HVAC, packaging, sports and a variety of consumer goods markets. Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Process Maintenance Tech II to provide maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the Resins department. The incumbent will perform all duties in compliance with all TS-16949 and ISO-14001 policies, procedures and OSHA regulations. Direct communication with shift leads, supervisors and other departments is required.
*JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: *
- Candidate will perform all preventative maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of all associated equipment.
- Complete all appropriate documentation and provide assistance and maintenance support, as needed, through good communications with department personnel.
- Use of various handheld meters for inspection, troubleshooting and calibration is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable diagnosing/troubleshooting minor electrical issues such as fuses, motors, relays, PLC, etc. and should also have experience with fabricating, cutting and welding.
- In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. Some facilities maintenance may be required.
- This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting and have advanced problem solving skills.
Secondary duties include special projects, as assigned, and supporting the Molding Maintenance Department, as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, they ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.
- Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
- Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
- Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise.
- Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations.
