Job Title: AP Specialist

Job Description

• Process Accounts Payable (A/P) Invoices & Employee Expenses Report

• Reconcile Credit Card Statements

• General Ledger and Project Coding

• Generate A/P Checks

• Communicate with vendors regarding account status

• Create/edit vendor accounts

• Generate management reports/graphs/charts utilizing Microsoft Office

• Support Controller with the month/year end close

• Perform special assignments as assigned

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of AP experience

  • ERP experience (Deltek Ajera preferred)

  • Proficiency in Excel

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type

This is a part-time contract position with a duration of 3 - 4 weeks with potential to go longer.
