Job Title: Client Care Team Leader (Lead Receptionist)
Salary: £26,099 per annum
Location: Blythwood Veterinary Practice, Bushey
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

At Blythwood Veterinary Practice, we are thrilled to announce that we are looking for a Client Care Team Leader to join our Reception team.
We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team.

Your role and responsibilities
Be responsible for the management of the branch and the client care team.
Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
Promote a conducive and supportive working environment.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch including adherence to statutory checks, administration and stock management
Collaboration with all of the practice teams, including clinicians and clinical support staff, is essential to succeed in this position.
Build relationships with the clients, demonstrate empathy and facilitate in delivering an excellent level of service at every touchpoint.
Be a presence within reception, lead by example by engaging with clients and their pets.
Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and by the appropriate person.
Required Experience
Experience of working within the Veterinary industry - Required
Experience of motivating and leading a team - Required
