Position. Summary:

The role of the Mechanical Fitter is build transmission and sub-assembly to a high standard..

Key Accountabilities/ responsibilities:

List key accountabilities

1,Good understanding of vehicle mechanical interfaces and repairs of vehicle components..

.2.Able to install / repair

3.Able to fault find and carry out diagnostic investigation work.

4.Mechanical knowledge: would be advantageous,.

5.Repairing or replacing parts. Old and new

6:Work to company safety / quality standards and: able to follow Wl and drawings.

7.Ensure that waste.is disposed of in the correct manner.

8.Mentor trainees / apprentices. When applicable.

9.Maintain a good attendance at work

10.Participate in Company. Initiatives,. In particular to be engaged in Craterous Improvement

(Kaizen) activity,

11Adhere to a line managers written or verbal reasonable instruction.

• Adhere to the Company's Health, Safety & Environmental instructions and requirements.

• Take on any other reasonable responsibilities or tasks that are within the employee's skills and abilities as required by the Voith Supervisor.
