Summary: The Levy Group of Companies is seeking an Sales Administrative Assistant to work at our Ace Saginaw Paving location in Flint, MI. The Sales Administrative Assistant will perform advanced administrative functions and will frequently require independent judgment.
Duties & Responsibilities: Word Processing. Filing, copying and administrative support functions. Answer calls and contact customers for daily scheduling. Maintain lists/logs of information. Run standard, internal and external reports. Data entry into various spreadsheets. Entering job information in LIBRA and/or JWS. Adjust and manage daily schedules based on plant production availability for 7 locations. Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track various forms of information. Provide customer service including sales assistance and problem resolution. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of basic office machinery. Experience with LIBRA and SOP Spot on Performance. Knowledge of sales area and local geography. Knowledge of asphalt materials is helpful. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format individually and in group settings. High school diploma or equivalent with specialized computer training. Some college preferred. Ability to Lift to 25 lbs.
